What is a permanent bracelet?

It is a dainty everyday custom bracelet that is micro weld around your wrist. It is quick, fun, and a totally painless process that creates a special bracelet without the clasp.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments are by appointment only. You can book an appointment directly on our website under the tab “Book Appointment”. We offer 20 minute appointments for you to have time to choose your special style and have it micro weld onto your wrist. A $20 fee will be added when you book and will be applied to your purchase at time of service.

What payments do we take?

We take all types of credit/debit cards and have a strict no cash policy.

Kalina & Co. Jewelry offers over 40 styles. We use genuine Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Filled.

What do I do if my bracelet breaks?

While these bracelets are designed to wear everyday and withstand wear, that doesn’t mean they are unbreakable. Like anything, if something happens or it gets caught on something the chain can snap. To prevent this from happening, we recommend choosing a tighter fit lessening the chance for mishaps. But life happens so, if your bracelet does break, you are more than welcome to bring it back to our store and we will weld it back on for you the first time at no charge. After that it is $15. *We are unable to replace lost or stolen bracelets.

How do I take it off?

If you would like to remove your permanent bracelet for any reason, you can easily cut it off at home with a pair of regular scissors. We recommend you cut the tiny ring that joins the chain together, that way if you ever want it to be welded back on you have the option.

Does it hurt?

Absolutely not! It is a totally painless and safe process. It just involves a quick zap to your bracelet not your skin.

Who can get permanent bracelets?

Anyone! Even kids!

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hr notice.

If you miss your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
